In order to do so, please send us the complete patient data (name, date of birth, country of residence) and most recent doctor's/medical report (ideally less than 2 months old).
Once we receive the documents mentioned above, we will consult with our chief physician and send you the treatment proposal accordingly.

If you accept the offer and secure the costs by prepayment, we will follow up with a treatment confirmation.
